The
Adtech Model MPF 650 Isolated Frequency to DC Transmitter
converts absolute frequency or deviation of frequency into a linear DC signal
such as 4-20 mA. It accepts a periodic waveform from a variety of primary
sensors such as turbine meters, positive displacement meter contacts or a
magnetic pick-up and computes absolute frequency.
The MPF 650 has measurement techniques that produce essentially no ripple (less
than 0.02% of range maximum), which eliminates aliasing problems.
The MPF 650 provides +12 VDC at 35 mA to power the sensor when specifying option
O65. The use of this option will, however, negate the input to output isolation.
The output is a true current/voltage source.
The
Adtech Model MVT 06 Non-Isolated Millivolt Transmitter provides
a highly accurate conversion of a DC millivolt signal to a standard process
current or voltage signal output with a maximum of 10 mV P/P output ripple. This

system or other process instrumentation for improved resolution.
Typical applications include analyzer outputs, other instruments and general
sensor output conditioning.
Recalibration to other desired ranges is accomplished easily.
The Adtech Model MVT 26 Isolated Millivolt Transmitter
(see MVT-06 for picture) provides a highly accurate conversion of a DC millivolt
signals to a standard process current or voltage signal output with a maximum of
10 mV P/P output ripple.
Many instrumentation applications dictate input/output isolation to eliminate
the elusive nature of ground loops or the conditioning of a millivolt signal
riding on high common mode AC or DC voltages commonly found in motor current
measurements.
Other applications include analyzer outputs, differential thermocouple
measurement and general sensor output conditioning.
Recalibration to other desired ranges is accomplished easily.
