Portable Infrared Temperature Measurement Instruments

Raytek Portable Temperature Measurement Thermometers include:

Raytek Portable ST Series Thermometers Raytek Raynger ST Series

Simply aim, pull the trigger, and read the temperature on the large bright display.

Lightweight, compact, and easy to use, the Raynger ST can safely measure hot, hazardous, or hard-to-reach materials without touching, contaminating, or damaging the material's surface. Accurate temperature measurement in seconds!

ST2: Measure temperature in seconds with this basic model. Affordably priced, the ST2 is our most popular unit for professionals who need to measure up to 400C (750F).

ST3: New! This model adds laser sighting, which helps pinpoint the target being measured. This feature helps the user aim at surfaces that are hard to reach or see.

ST6: In addition to the features included in the above units, this model also has high/low alarm, MAX, MIN, DIF, and AVG temperature settings, an expanded temperature range, and adjustable emissivity, which compensates for reflective surfaces such as polished metals.

ST8: New! This new model has all the features listed above plus an expanded temperature range of -32 to 540C (-25 to 1000F) and improved optics that allows the user to measure smaller objects from farther away. This is great news for HVAC or facilities maintenance professionals who need to measure ceiling and duct temperatures from a distance.

Raytek Portable MX Series Thermometer Raytek Raynger MX Series

The standard model handles monotonic functions such as root extraction and power functions. Designed for ease-of-use, unmatched performance, and featuring new laser technology, the MX is the future of temperature measurement.

The new Raynger MX is the only portable IR thermometer on the market with a 16-point laser circle that shows the spot size you are measuring at any distance. No other infrared thermometer provides this circular sighting feature with a distance to spot ratio of 60:1!

Innovative Features

  • On-board emissivity table
  • Measures contact & IR temperature, simultaneously
  • Customizable log location
  • Bar graph charts last 10 temperature points

Raynger Portable IP Series Thermometer Raytek Raynger IP Series

So easy to use, anyone can make fast, accurate measurements. Plugs into your thermocouple meter or data logger. Measures targets as small as 2.5 mm (0.1 in) in diameter. The Raynger IP spots little problems before they turn into big ones--and could easily pay for itself the first time it's used.

Specifications

  • Temperature Range: -18 to 260 degrees C (0 to 500 degrees F)
  • Output 1: Type J thermocouple (Model IP-J)
  • Output 2: Type K thermocouple (Model IP-K)
  • Spectral Response: 8 to 14 microns nominal (Pyroelectric detector)
